The Lonely Voice: Short Story Introductions will take place on the last Wednesday of every month. Four short story writers will be selected and invited to read their work at the event. They are particularly interested in providing a platform for emerging writers who previously may not have had the opportunity to read their work in public.
The inaugural event will take place on Wednesday 27th January.
Deadline: 8th January.

Happy Christmas Kate, hope it's peaceful and duvetish and you get to read lots of lovely books, see lots of good movies, listen to your favourite music with your favourite people; beat someone at some board game and not cook! My cooker blew up today, I'm delighted, I have to haul the family somewhere else for 'the dinner' - I am officially someone else's problem! Hope 2010 is a productive one,
