It's been a while since I checked out your blog, but it's still as enjoyable as ever. Sorry to hear you were feeling so dispirited on the 1st Dec - I'm feeling a bit glum myself today. I was meditating on the years events (this always happens to me once the Christmas tree goes up!) and realized how many crappy things have happened this year. Apart from the usual bugbears that seem to be par for the course for anyone who writes, there seems to have been an unusually high level of tragedies in 2007 - I'm telling you, there is a plague passing over the people I hold dear - cancers, brain haemorrhages, blood clots, miscarriages. Too much, too much. On that note, I really hope you are feeling better and more encouraged since 1st December. 2008 must hold better things.
