A sea of Words - but what does it mean

Here's a worthy short story competition with a great sounding prize and right-on credentials...but what does it mean?

...short stories whose content is related to the creation and/or consolidation of dynamics aiming to reinforce inclusion, social conflicts resolution and respect of social justice and equality principles. ...the object is to obtain literary stories – based on reality and purely fictional – that describe different experiences of social dialogue, justice and combating poverty.

Got that?

The contest is aimed at young people under 30 years of age, citizens of the 43 countries of the Euro-Mediterranean space.

The stories must have a maximum of 2,500 words

Deadline: 15th of September 2010.

Thanks for the contest, I might repost it linking to you and the page on my blog for other writers. It sounds to me like you have to be able to address a poverty issue or something similar in the submitted piece.

clearly the short lived creation and/or consolidation of (neither, nor thermo nuclear, not nucleus or nuclear family) dynamics incorporated into aiming at the reinforcement of inclusion,or the dassein rebuttal of social conflicts resolution and respect of social justice and equality principles, illustrates in an a priori fashion that this agenda is a double whammy of empathy and impertigo, just as we feel sympathy for the impecunious and underpriviliged -a social demographic of which I class myself to be- also we feel ultimately a betrayal via third party (albeit visceral) sympathy fatigue that can manifest itself in emotional blisters. This psychological blistering caused by the conscience of the sub-conscious, literally (as is required in the sub clause of reality)erupts in the pinal gland just as Coagulase-positive staphylococcus aureus usually causes bullous impertigo. This dichotomny is ultimately resolved in the dialogue creatively encompassed within the redemptive parameters of a short story.
